Visit the Museum
Step into the story with a visit to the History Colorado Center. See the new exhibit Food: Our Global Kitchen, opening May 31, and take a journey around the world and through time. Stroll through an ancient market, cook a virtual meal, peek inside the dining rooms of illustrious individuals—and consider some of the most challenging issues of our time. What’s Happening In the Taste Kitchen
There’s always something fun happening at the History Colorado Center. Every day, from Memorial Day – Labor Day, live programming in the taste kitchen inside the Food: Our Global Kitchen exhibit will animate the experience of food and flavor for visitors. Presented with Whole Foods Market, our working kitchen will feature taste experiments, special guests, demonstrations and samplings from Whole Foods Markets’ vendors and partners. Ticket to the Food exhibit is required for entrance to the taste kitchen.

Join us for cooking demonstrations, food-themed crafts, cultural performances, and more. Visit the exhibit and check out special activities in the taste kitchen. Explore kitchen tools, sample tasty treats, and savor food stories from around the world and in Colorado.
Kids 12 and under receive free admission to the History Colorado Center and to Food: Our Global Kitchen. Limit, two free kids per paying adult.

Happy birthday, Colorado! This August, Colorado turns 138. Celebrate our square state with two days of free admission, performances, and hands-on activities. Enjoy American Indian dancers, Taiko drummers, adobe brick making, panning for gold, and much more!
Free general admission for all visitors. Tickets to Food: Our Global Kitchen will be available for just $5 each.
